Person-Centred Software (“PCS”) was founded by brothers Jonathan and Simon Papworth in 2013 with the objective of improving social care outcomes. Its software solution deals with the challenge of care planning and recording its provision; traditionally a time-consuming, manual exercise. By placing the individual at the centre of its software it has enhanced the ability of care professionals to deliver outstanding care, provides better evidence for regulators and saves administrative time. At a time of significant growth in the demand for social care and widespread recruitment challenges, PCS offers a solution that allows care professionals to do what they do best – care for their residents and patients and improve their quality of life.

PCS’s best in class Mobile Care Monitoring software is in use in over 2,000 care homes, supporting over 74,000 care home residents, making it the most widely-used digital point of care software in the UK, launching in the Australian and Irish markets in 2018 and 2019 respectively. PCS has won numerous awards for the quality of its software and innovation, for example winning the best C-19 Software Solution at the Health Tech Digital Awards 2020. PCS generates recurring revenue in excess of £8.5m, which has increased at over 50% CAGR since its foundation.
