Luke joined having spent time in a range of investment and strategy roles. He began his career at OC&C, where he focused on commercial diligence and growth strategy, helping to solve problems for leading technology and services businesses. After wanting to take a more hands-on role, he joined Huel where he helped to execute the strategy both in the UK and internationally.
Ram joined after 6 years in corporate finance, most recently in the Investment Banking team at Canaccord Genuity where he worked on mergers and acquisitions in the Technology sector. During his time at Canaccord, Ram advised entrepreneurs and financial sponsors on how best to position and maximise their investments across multiple verticals including cybersecurity, intelligent automation, marketing and digital transformation. Prior to that, Ram spent three years at EY working on a wide variety of buy-side and sell-side due diligence projects across the TMT and Private Equity sector.
