Will Hale has joined the Cow Corner team from Monday.com
Will is a commercial specialist with a proven track record of leading private software companies through IPOs, including Pardot (Exact Target) through Salesforce, Appdynamics, and Monday.com. Initially focused on sales, Will’s experience broadened into wider leadership responsibilities, the last being responsible for building the EMEA HQ at monday.com.
During his time at Monday.com, Will spearheaded the company's expansion from a small team of 2 to a robust workforce of over 150. In four years, Will grew the UK&I ARR from $10m to $102m.
In 2024, we were delighted to welcome Will to Cow Corner. His role is a strategic portfolio position, where he works directly with the CEO’s and management teams on development, growth, and, most importantly, revenue generation.
Will is married with three girls and lives in a small village in Bucks. In his limited spare time, he plays or watches sports. A fan of all sports, he’s full of random facts, including a few cricket ones.
